North Lambeth Parish Fete
Saturday 30th June 2018: 12:30pm - 5:00pm
Our parish fete is a rare opportunity to explore the gardens of Lambeth Palace, which only open to the public a handful of times a year. Once you've admired at least some of the ten acres that make up London's oldest cultivated garden, sign up for the tug-of-war, browse the stalls and and sample wonderful food cooked by local people. Younger visitors can burn some energy on the bouncy castle, take part in the children's races or have a go at side shows including hook-a-duck and splat the rat!
Entertainment includes music from Archbishop Sumner Primary School’s Brass Band, and the Young Voices choir.
Enter your pooch into the dog show which starts at 3pm. This year's categories are:
- agility course
- best trick
- waggiest tail
- best in show
- best puppy
- best veteran
- best junior handler
- fastest sausage eater
Registration is £2 for each category entered. Register online or in person on the day.
